Desert Wave Pool is thrilled to be hosting their annual Rock The Pool “Free Swim” during the annual Price City International Days celebration on Thursday, July 28 and Friday, July 29 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Tamara Gray, Aquatics Director spoke about the event, “Well it’s just like we’ve done in previous years its free all day for admission. The indoor pool will be open from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, we will be doing our annual contests, we’ve got the belly flop contest and the hula hoop contest.” Prizes will be awarded to winners as well as random opportunity drawings throughout the day courtesy of Pinnacle Heating and Air Conditioning.

“Friday its free as well and the Boys and Girls Club will be coming and doing their activities on Friday,” stated Gray. They will have several fun activities and music playing for visitors to enjoy all day.

The concession stand will be open for visitors to purchase items on the menu as Gray describes, “We have our deep fried pickles, fried green beans, drinks, pizza, pretzels all the food you can get, every day at the Desert Wave Pool.”

Free admission for both days gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy the pool as well as activities in the park. “Go enjoy the booths at the park, the entertainment at the park, then come back and cool off, we will be open till 8:00 pm both days,” said Gray.
