There is always a day set aside for all children in the community to come out to enjoy a day in the park for International Days thanks to the good folks at Castleview Hospital. The event will take place this year on Friday, July 29 at Pioneer Park located at 550 North 100 East.

Angie Child with Marketing spoke about the event, “Just right after the parade which starts at 9:30 am, so we plan on starting about 10:00 am and will go till noon.”

The free activities are for children under the age of 12 years old to enjoy. There will be bounce houses, Carbon Rec’s climbing wall, face painting and snow-cones. “We have a few physicians that will be there that they can meet the doctors and we have some fun games. Dr Lauridsen will be there and he has a fun hockey game planned for the kids that they can win a prize. Our Child Life Specialist will be there with some fun art activities, it’s just going to be a lot of fun,” said Child

Castleview Hospital uses this event to get to know the youngest members of our community during one of the city’s biggest celebrations. “If you have any questions you can call me Angie at the hospital 613-6106,” said Child.
