The Wellington City Council will host an emergency meeting on Saturday, September 24 at 11:30 am at Wellington City Hall located at 150 West Main Street.

Wellington City Mayor Joan Powell felt it was urgent that a meeting be called for citizens effected by the flooding along 100 East.

The agenda will call for Declaration of Local State of Emergency for Wellington City, City Fund allotment to help flood victims and adjournment.
