Mike Bagley, host of NASCAR LIVE on the Motor Racing Network, was Tuesday’s guest on KOAL’s Drive Time Sports.

During his time on the show Bagley discussed the rule changes for NASCAR, the off-season story lines, and the upcoming season that begins in February.
