Emery Country Historical Society presents Wilberg Mine Disaster Rescue/Recovery on Thursday, February 23 at 6:30 pm on the second floor of the Emery County Courthouse on Main Street in Castle Dale.

Guest speaker is Tony Koss who will share his experiences as a member of the mine Rescue Team during the disaster. He will also have a display of historical photos and mining equipment, as well as present an interesting chronicle of safety regulations that have made a great impact on the history of coal mining.

Admission into the event is the annual dues of $5.00 per person.
