Raymond Eugene Thomas passed away surrounded by family on December 8, 2017 at Timpanogos Hospital in Orem, Utah at the age of 77.

Born January 15, 1940 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Cleo Thomas and Ruth Stewart. Married Katherine Tidwell on August 26, 1972. Later separated.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, the outdoors and watching sports, especially the Corn Huskers and Yankees. He spent most of his last few year’s hanging out watching westerns and Wheel of Fortune with his best
friend Pat.

Survived by Katherine Thomas, his children Mark (Scotti) Thomas of Wellington, Brian (Kellie) Thomas of Tooele, Jennifer (Tony) Martinez of Price, Sarah (Judge) Villena Thomas of Spring Valley, CA., Lucas Thomas, Matthew Thomas, Crystal (Jay) Thomas, all of Helper, John-Paul (Lynda) Thomas of Redding, CA., 14 grandchildren, sisters Helen of Lee Summit, MO and Joyce of Scottsbluff, NE.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, December 13, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street Price, UT 84501). Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Graveside Services will take place directly after the funeral at the Cliffview Cemetery (1600 East 800 North Price). Luncheon will follow at Gospel Community Church (510 East 100 South, Price).
