The general session of the 63rd Legislature officially began on Monday, Jan. 22, 2018 as lawmakers convened to begin meetings that will span the next 45 days.

Senator David Hinkins joined Castle Country Focus for an update, brought to you by Eastern Utah Community Credit Union, on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018. During the update Hinkins discussed a number of topics including general funding, sports vehicle modification and rural air standards.

Legislative updates will continue throughout the 45 day process, and Hinkins will continue to phone-in each Tuesday.
