PRICE – The upcoming 2018 Utah State Eastern Fall sports schedules have been posted on usueasternathletics.com under the schedules section.

This Fall volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer will all compete for a NJCAA Region XVIII championship beginning next month.

USU Eastern volleyball will begin their season under third-year head coach Danielle Jensen on Friday August 24 against Western Wyoming in Richfield. That weekend they will take on three more teams during their first tournament of the season.

Volleyball’s first home game will take place on Friday September 21 against conference foe Salt Lake Community College at 7 p.m.

Last season the volleyball program reached a national ranking of 13 and finished the season 18-10 overall with an appearance in the Region XVIII Tournament semifinals.

Men’s and women’s soccer will begin their 2018 schedule with a pair of exhibition games in Ontario, Oregon on August 10 and 11 against Blue Mountain CC and Treasure Valley CC.

Their first home game of the season will be on August 31 against Sheridan College with the women’s game starting at 4 p.m. and the men’s game starting at 6 p.m.

Soccer will take on the College of Southern Nevada on September 7 at home to open their conference schedule.

Last season the USU Eastern women’s soccer finished the season as the Region XVIII runner-ups and the men’s soccer team finished the season with a loss in the Region XVIII Tournament semifinal.
