Due to the smokey conditions, Southeast Utah Health Department advises staying indoors and limiting your use of swamp coolers. The smoke and ash is very harmful, as stated by Price Fire Chief Paul Bedont.  People with any respiratory condition, asthma, or difficulty breathing should definitely avoid going outside Limit your exercise and stay indoors.
