The Emery Spartans earned their fifth consecutive win with a 69-53 victory over the South Summit Wildcats Monday night in Kamas.

Playing in their final non-region contest before the division opener on Friday, the Spartans dominated the first and third quarters on the road. Up seven at the break the Spartans outscored the Wildcats 17-4 in the third to pull away for good.

Senior Kyson Stilson scored a game-high 22 points on an efficient 8-of-14 from the field. Stilson filled the stat sheet with six rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks.
