The Carbon boys soccer team went on the road on Thursday looking for their first win of the season, sadly it was not meat to be. The American Leadership Eagles scored two goals in the first half to lead 2-0 at the intermission. Carbon scored it’s only goal in the second half and the Eagles added two more to put this one away.

American Leadership (3-1) sits in third place in Region 14 play with their only loss coming at the hands of 4A Spanish Fork.

Carbon 0-5 is still looking for that first elusive victory but have yet to put all the pieces together on the field to make it happen. Their next opportunity will come Tuesday at home against the Delta Rabbits. The match is scheduled to begin at 3:30.
