Floyd passed away on March 28, 2019 at the age of 89. He was born in Dighton, Kansas on October 26, 1929 to Lawrence Francis Seal and Mary Marie Lacy. He worked as a mechanic and in road construction.

He married Miladeen Plumlee and later divorced. He later married Gloria Christensen on September 23, 1949 in Price, UT.

He is survived by his children, Doreen Marcelane Seal of Spokane, WA, Gloria Marlane (Richard) Kesler of Richfield, UT, Floyd Carey (Nedra) Seal of South Ogden, UT, Lawrence Cory Seal of Spring Glen, UT, Perry Dale (JoAnne) Seal of Orem UT, Jody Wade Seal of Spring Glen, UT, siblings, Marvin Seal of Yreka, CA, Leo Seal of Salem, OR, Joyce Schaffer of Spokane, WA, Vonna (Allen) Anderson of Warren, OR, and Terry Seal of OR.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Christensen Seal, two great grandsons Levi Seal and Jayden Seal, brothers Lyle Seal, Bob Seal, and Clarence Seal.

Funeral service will be held on Wed, April 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Helper Ward Chapel with a viewing one hour prior. Interment will follow at the Price City Cemetery with Military Honors. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook and share memories of Floyd at www.fausettmortuary.com.
