Joshua Tedd Johnson returned to his Heavenly Father with honor on April 3, 2019. He passed quietly away in the arms of his loving family.

Joshua is the son of Randy and Elizabeth (Betsy) Kirk Johnson of Castle Dale. He was born in Salt Lake City on December 18, 1977.

Joshua was a great source of joy to his family, and was an inspiration to everyone who met him. He spent his 41 years on this earth defying the experts and the odds. He taught us many things, filled our home with joy and thanksgiving and in every possible way fulfilled the measure of his creation.

Joshua loved music, preferably loud, riding in the car, and helping his Papa; and he adored his many nieces and nephews.

Joshua is survived by his parents, Randy and Betsy Johnson of Castle Dale; his siblings Jennifer (Nate) Craig, Payson, Jessica (Con) Anderson, Castle Dale, Jacob (Susan) Johnson, Annandale, Virginia, Janelle (Adam) Jeffs, Castle Dale, Lisa (Dennis) McGraw, Spanish Fork; grandmother, Betty Lou Johnson, Preston, Idaho; along with 16 nieces and nephews and many loving uncles and their families.

Joshua was preceded in death by his brother Jeremiah K. Johnson, grandparents John and Elizabeth Kirk, and Tedd Johnson.

Graveside services will be held for Joshua on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at noon at the Castle Dale Cemetery. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. at the Castle Dale Stake Center prior to services. Interment Castle Dale Cemetery.
