PRICE – Utah State Eastern Baseball will be traveling to Salt Lake this weekend to battle the #17 Bruins in a four-game series.

The series will begin on Friday with a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. at Cate Field located in West Jordan. Saturday’s games are scheduled to begin at noon and 2:30 p.m.

This is the second series of the year against the Bruins for USU Eastern. In March the Bruins swept the Eagles 4-0 at Carlson-Colosimo Field in Price.

USU Eastern currently sits in fifth place in the Scenic West Athletic Conference standings, a game behind Colorado Northwestern for fourth place.

Salt Lake sits atop the conference standings with a 19-4 record and have lost three of their last four games.

All four games at Salt Lake will be broadcasted on the Scenic West Digital Network at scenicwestnetwork.com/slcc/.

This is the final road series of the season for the Eagles before heading home next weekend for a four-game series against the College of Southern Nevada.
