Tryouts for the Carbon High School boy’s golf team will take place July 22 and 23 at the Carbon Country Club Golf Course for student-athletes going into grades 9-through-12.

Those who participate in tryouts will play 18 holes of golf on both Monday and Tuesday. The only cut of the tryouts will take place following the round on Tuesday afternoon.

Each individual trying out for the team must register at registermyathlete.com. Non pass holders will need to pay $18.00 per 18 holes each day.

In 2018 the Dinos finished as unbeaten Region 12 champions, took control of the Eastern Utah Cup and finished inside the top five for the fourth straight year at the state competition.

This year’s team will once again be led head coach Brett Johnson, who is entering his second season at the helm since taking over for former coach Tom King.
