The Pinnacle Panthers Basketball team welcomed in Panguitch on Friday night. Last season Panguitch lost in the State Championship Final game to Tabiona, and currently sits at 2-2 on the year.

Panguitch would jump out early,  going into the half with a 33-13 lead, they would keep up the intensity and go on to win the game 72-42. Pinnacle couldn’t keep the pace and fell to a 1-4 record on the season.

Senior Benjamin Scott led the Panthers in this one with 16 points, Landen Hardy would add nine and Antwon Manzanares dropped in seven, in the effort.

For Panguitch junior Ryker Hatch would drop in a game high 22 and freshman Klyn Fullmer would add 19.

Up next for the Panthers is Diamond Ranch Academy a team they faced early last season losing 76-51. Tip-off is set for 7:00
