George Alexander Lynch, age 67, passed away November 26, 2019 with his wife by his side.

He was born December 20, 1951 in Los Angeles, California to Alexander MacLean Lynch and Mary Jane Brown.

Married Trena Lynch on June 8, 2003.

George had a passion for working in his shop and building trucks. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was always willing to help others. George was loved and cared for by many.

He started working in the coal industry in 1988, where he then had to retire in 2013 because of health issues. George was a long time member of Helper E Clampus Vitus, Matt Warner Chapter 1900. He enjoyed making a difference in the lives of others.

Survived by his wife, Trena; step-children, Dallas (Faith) Merlen, Denver Merlen, Giles (Toni) Olsen, Riley (Katie) Olsen and son, Alex Lynch; seven grandchildren; siblings, Lani Gardner, Shelly Blaine, Wayne Bicknel, Scott (Peggy) Lynch, Terry (Mike) Fox, Sandy Mercado; one nephew, Kevin (Heidi) Fox.

Preceded in death by his parents.
