As our region prepares to keep the public safe and healthy with the COVID-19 pandemic, Emery Telcom is devoted to doing our part. To ease the stress and burdens on families, if you have a student K-12 or a student attending college and do not have Internet service with Emery Telcom, we are offering free Internet and a phone line until the end of the school year (May 31st, 2020).

Universities around the state have moved all courses online. Emery Telcom wants to encourage these students to continue their education without the worry of not having Internet access. We will provide free Internet to families with college students living at home that do not currently have service until May 31st, 2020. If COVID-19 continues to affect the summer college session Emery Telcom is prepared to extend this program into the summer semester.

We do not know if the K-12 schools will close, but we do know that more kids will be at home with the virus spreading. Emery Telcom wants families to be prepared if the school districts move to an online curriculum. Emery Telcom will provide free Internet to families with K-12 students living in their homes that do not currently have Internet service with Emery Telcom until the end of the school year, May 31st, 2020.

If your household falls in one of the categories listed above and is in need of Internet and/or a phone line and currently not an Emery Telcom customer, we ask that you provide proof that your child is enrolled in one of the local schools. This applies, even if you currently have wireless Internet service from another provider. Emery Telcom’s superior Internet is designed for the current high bandwidth demands that your child will need.
