The annual Wings and Wheels Festival in Huntington will take place on Thursday, September 22 through Sunday, September 25, all pilot, car enthusiasts and drone racers are invited to attend.

The first 40 pilots that fly in and stay the night in Emery County will receive a free swag bag full of goodies and gifts. There will be several opportunity drawings throughout the entire weekend.

Thursday will be when guests/contestants arrive and the photography contests begin for Drone Aerial, Manned Aircraft Aerial and Antique Car. There is only one rule for the contests, that is all images must be of Emery County. Suggested content includes the beautiful scenery of the area, as well as people doing some of the many outdoor activities available in the county. Submissions may be submitted from now until 7:00 pm on Saturday, September 24.

On Friday guests/contestants can enjoy breakfast and lunch while using the day to capturing more photos before the deadline on Saturday night. Lunch will be served at noon with a drone exhibition races/demo. Dinner will be served around 5:00 pm with a trap shoot competition to follow.

Saturday, is full of activities for guests/contestants to enjoy. The photography contests will continue for a chance to get the right shot before the deadline at 7:00 pm. The antique car show will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. At 3:00 pm drone racers will leave for the San Rafael Swell for freestyle fun. Guests/contestants will enjoy dinner at 5:00 pm and opportunity drawings. The viewing and judging of photo entries will take place at 8:00 pm.

During the entire festival there will be optional activities for guests/contestants to enjoy, such as ATV rides, MECCA Fall Bike Festival, bus tours, local shopping, trapshooting, bouldering and practice for the Millsite Fishing Derby.
