The Fourth Annual Senior Health Summit hosted by Community Nursing Services Home Health and Hospice along with Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments and Southeastern Utah Economic Development District will be held on Friday, May 19 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Carbon County Event Center located at 310 South Fairgrounds Road in Price.

There will be informational booths with giveaways for attendees. Free clinics throughout the event by local physicians.

Lunch will be provided from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm followed by opportunity games from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with lots of prizes to be awarded.

All senior citizens and caregivers from the surrounding area are welcomed and encouraged to attend this event.
