Winning three out of their last five matches, the Carbon Dino volleyball team welcomed the Duchesne Eagles to Price on Friday night. The Dinos took control early and finished off the Eagles in three straight sets.

The Dinos have played well as of late. They sit at 11-3 overall and 3-2 in region, they also hold the No. 5 spot in the RPI.

Duchesne holds a 6-4 record going 2-0 in their region, they also sit at No. 5, but in the 2A ranks.

The Dinos came out taking it to the Eagles defeating them 25-19, 25-12 and 25-13.

Coming up next, they will be at home for their next two games. They will face No. 15 San Juan on September 22 and No. 7 Richfield on the 24.

They will head to Castle Dale on October 1 for their last meeting of the regular season against the Spartans.

All matches are scheduled to begin at 6:30.
