Price , UT – The USU Eastern men’s basketball team continued their hot start against Community Christian College on Tuesday night in Price with a final score of 95-50.

The Eagles once again were led by committee, however, the hot shooting behind the arc from Peyton Falslev stood out. To compliment the scoring of the Eagles was their rebounding led by Peter Filipovity with 11 rebounds followed by Dontrell Hewlitt with eight and Malek Malual with seven.  The Eagles out rebounded the Saints by a total of 50-to-29.

“In order for us to be a good team we need to play with more consistency. We pick and choose when we get after it and we need to remedy that but it has been a good start,” said head coach Bill Evans.

The Eagles play again this Friday at home inside the BDAC against Impact Academy at 7:00 p.m..
