The event is back and it’s going to be quite the gathering! Price City’s Music, Meals & Mingle will take place on Thursday, May 13 at 5:00 pm. Price City Council Member, Layne Miller and United Way of Eastern Utah Director, Megan Cummings stopped by Castle Country Radio to talk about the return of this family-friendly event.

“This Thursday the 13th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm we’re going to have food trucks, we’ll have a bouncy house for your kids, we’ll have some scootering, and roller skating down Main Street. It’s going to be super fun; the weather is going to be beautiful. There’s going to be several businesses on Main Street that will be open and they’ll have great deals,” stated Cummings. Event organizers would like to see the entire community come out and enjoy this great event on Thursday evening.

The Price City Culture Connection will return by bringing live entertainment at 7:00 pm to the Price City Peace Garden. “If you know anything about Shuffle you know you’re going to hear old-fashioned rock and roll, just good old-time music. They love Price, they’ve been coming to Carbon County I don’t know how many years,” said Miller. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs and/or blanket so you can sit to enjoy Shuffle as they take the stage at the Price City Peace Garden.

“So every Thursday in June starting June 10 and through the rest of the summer is going to be Culture Connections every Thursday, Culture Connection. Music, Meals & Mingle is going to be the second Thursday so this Thursday is the 13th, May 13 – we’re going to have food trucks, and music, and bouncy houses, and fun stuff for kids, face painting, who doesn’t love a face paint and the old-fashioned carnival feel. So good things are happening in Carbon County,” said Cummings.
