PRICE-Dale Ronald Openshaw, 57, passed away August 20, 2021 in Midvale, Utah after complications from a recent hip surgery.

He was born June 20, 1964 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Ronald Fredrick and Juanita Alice Mukavetz Openshaw.

Dale was an accomplished mechanic who loved rebuilding engines, transmissions and restoring vehicles from the ground up.  From the time he woke up, till the time he went to bed, Dale always had a wrench in his hand.  He was passionate about cars, especially his 1969 Camaro that he restored.  Dale will be sorely missed by his family and many dear friends.

He is survived by three sons and one daughter, Brady Openshaw, Las Vegas, NV, Dayna (Brandon) Luke, Huntington, Joseph Openshaw and David Openshaw, both of Price; brother, David (Marinda) Openshaw, Salt Lake City; three grandchildren, with one more on the way.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service, Friday, August 27, 2021, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Interment, Cliffview Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
