Completely adored son of God, husband, daddy, pal, papa, son, and friend, Karl Ray Houskeeper, has continued on his personal covenant path towards the waiting arms of his Savior. There must have been a joyful reunion by all of those anxiously awaiting his return home.

We know that Karl has a new and important work to do on the other side of the veil. We are confident that he will accomplish this work with the same perfection and total commitment that he always personified here on the earth.

We will miss this beautiful man, his exquisite mind and attention to detail, and his endless list of talents and capabilities. We will also miss his quirky humor, jingles, killer dance moves, and endearing comical comments on our daily family text thread.

Karl never misunderstood, wished away, or complained about the challenges and trials of this life. He always saw them for what they were and climbed each mountain with undaunted faith, courage, and with the sure knowledge that each step completed would bring him ever closer to his God.

Karl’s perfect love for his family is unsurpassed and irreplaceable. Because of Karl’s excellent discharge in his roles as son, husband, father, and grandfather we know that he has earned the reward of never being far from us, and we are ever grateful for this immense blessing in our lives.

Karl held various titles and responsibilities throughout his life but those of most importance to him were husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. We love him completely and will miss him more than words can say until we meet again.

Karl is survived by his wife Joyce; daughters, Karly Raye, Jessica Anne; sons, Daniel, Chris, Kaveh; and by his most perfect granddaughter, Gianna Raye; his mother Helen; brother, Gary; and sister, Kathryn.

Karl was preceded in death by his father; William Kent; sister, Carrie Ward; father-in-law, James Watt; mother-in-law, Anne Watt; and brother, Kay Watt.
