The Lady Dinos were back in the pool on Tuesday at the Emery Aquatic Center in Castle Dale. Just four teams competed but Carbon took the top spot in the pool on the ladies side and the boys finished the day in second.

The pool in Castle Dale is as close to home as the Dinos will get this season with the refurbishment of the Price pool and the Lady Dinos seem to make themselves at home.

The Lady Dinos earned a first place finish followed by Emery. Grand and Gunnison Valley rounded out the field.

Mia Crompton had a couple of top finishes for the Dinos, claiming victories in the 100 free, and the 100 breast stroke. Ellie Hanson earned a second place finish in the 200 free and a fifth place in the 500 free. Alyssa Chamberlain ended the 200 IM in second and also added a third place in the 500 free.

Hadley Bower had a second place finish in the 100 free to go with a third in the 50 free. Kanyon Christensen took third in the 200 IM .

Other top finishers for the Lady Dinos were, Jennacie Jeffery with third in the 200 free and Lily Thayn finished fourth in the 50 free. Ember Lyman grabbed fourth place in the 100 breast stroke and fifth in the 50 free. Ada Bradford had a second place in the 500 free and team mate Rachel Blackburn finished in fifth. Evie Halk had a fourth place finish in the back stroke and Lindsie Fausett finished fourth in the 500 free.

Carbon picked up great finishes in relays as well claiming the top spot in the 200 medley with the team of Bradford, Crompton, Christensen and Chamberlain. The Carbon team of Christensen, Lyman, Bower and Blackburn claimed second in the 200 free. And Crompton, Bradford Bower and Chamberlain finished the 400 free in second.

The Carbon boys finished the day in second place behind the Emery Spartans. Grand and Gunnison Valley went three and four.

The top finisher for the Dinos was Gabe Ibanez who would end the day with a first place finish in the 200 IM, as well as a second place in the 100 yard breast stroke. Boyd Bradford finished in the top spot in the 500 free, Mason Engar ended the 200 free in second, and claimed a third place finish in the 100 yard back stroke Nathan Engar was second in the in the 50 free, while Cameron Jones finished third in the 100 free.

In relays it was the team of Ibanez, Nathan and Mason Engar, and Spencer Tullis earning first place in the 200 free. Bradford, Ky Earl, Spencer Hepworth and Leland Kepsel grabbed a second place finish in the 200 medley, and Bradford, Tullis, Ibanez and Nathen Engar finished third in the 400 free.
