Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Joan Loraine Landavazo Legat, age 86, passed away peacefully March 27, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on October 25, 1936 in Gallup, New Mexico to Abram and Della Montoya Landavazo. Married Ernest “Ernie” Legat in Price, Utah on September 3, 1974. He preceded her in death on January 23, 2000.

Funeral Mass, Friday, March 31, 2023, 10:00 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the Mass. Interment will be in the Wellington City Cemetery. The family will then receive friends for a gathering at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price, Utah Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m., with a short service to follow.
