The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce celebrated its first ribbon cutting of the year on Friday, Jan. 10 when the body gathered together at the Business Technical Assistance Center to celebrate Reverend Doctor Connie Hillenbrand and her metaphysical counseling business to the Castle Country.

Speaking to Castle Country Radio, Hillenbrand explained that this journey first started in 2018 when she started pursuing her degree in metaphysical counseling. This led her to receive her bachelor’s degree in the subject and over a six-year span, earn her doctorate in Metaphysical Counseling holding degrees from both the University of Sedona and the University of Metaphysics.

During the ceremony, Hillenbrand explained what Metaphysical counseling entails,” it’s where I help people to explore their spiritual path, whatever the path may be. I also offer Spiritual energy healing and I help people learn how to meditate who have never done it before.” The Doctor added,” And sometimes when counseling, I can just be the listening ear for someone to come talk to.”

She then snapped the scissors to officially christen herself as one of the newest businesses in Carbon County.
