Marking the midway milestone for the 2026 season of Price City’s Culture Connection Concert series, crowds prepare to be entranced by one of the greatest songbooks in American history as 7 Bridges Road: An Eagles Tribute takes the stage Thursday night.

Price City Councilmember Layne Miller and Culture Connection Maestro Ted Hinckley joined the KOAL newsroom to preview the show, as well as look ahead to the remaining shows of the summer.

“It’s a big band and a big footprint to cover all that Eagles sound. They definitely have two good guitar players, so you can cover that Hotel California two guitars solo,” said Hinckley of the group. “The Eagles hit that between rock and country; they hit that sweet spot, which I think is a sweet spot perfect for Carbon and the people there. Some like rock, some like country, and the Eagles sit right in the middle with ‘Life in the Fast Lane’, which I consider to be a rocker, and ‘Take It Easy’, which has those harmonies and stuff. It’s just such a great book of songs.”

Miller added to the excitement: “I want to alert everybody this could be the highlight of the summer – other than International Days – and International Day is a big deal. But as far as music is concerned, this could be the highlight of the summer.”

Looking ahead, the duo previewed the return of a fan-favorite group, as Culture Connection staple the Deltaz arrive back in Price on July 23. “It’ll be interesting. You know, it’s two brothers, one of them just had a baby, I don’t know if the baby’s coming, but you will see what parenthood does to the Deltaz, because neither has been a father before.”

Closing our conversation, Hinkley provided another push to get out and attend the concert: “I just don’t know why all of Price isn’t there every week. It’s a free, great concert; everyone should be there. This year we’ve done better than ever with the food and the food trucks.”
