It is with a heavy heart that we say “See You Later”. Although his battle with cancer was lost, cancer didn’t win. Dwayne faced that obstacle just like he faced everyday life; with courage, determination, grit and his never-ending sense of humor. He didn’t give up, he fought valiantly until the end and left this life surrounded by the family he has spent a lifetime loving. He has moved into the space of no mores; no more tears, no more pain, no more grief, no more suffering and no more cancer!

He was born June 26th, 1963 to Lionel and Irene Timothy in Price, Utah. He grew up in Spring Glen where he was affectionately known in the neighborhood as “Tiger”. His love of the outdoors began at an early age while riding his horse and playing outside until the proverbial street lights came on. That homegrown, small-town love lasted his entire lifetime. His happiest times were spent camping, riding his Harley, and hanging out around a campfire or on a front porch with the family and friends he cherished.

He graduated from Carbon High in 1981 and subsequently joined the United States Navy at the age of 18. He was stationed at the 32nd Street Naval Base aboard the USS Duluth (LPD-6) in San Diego Rank FN E3. He worked in the coal mines most of his life, and aside from that, was a backyard mechanic and all-around handyman. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need whether they were family or friend. If you needed help with anything, he was the man to call! He loved helping people and would show up every time without fail. It’s a toss up to determine which he loved more; the helping or the hanging out afterward. If you love to talk or reminisce, he was also the guy to call. He was truly a great man and will be forever missed by all who loved him.

He married Tracy Ramsay in 1987 and although they later divorced, that union gave him 4 sons that he loved dearly and was so grateful for. He met Teresa Rinna in 2001, who was undoubtedly the love of his life. They didn’t marry, but together created the little girl he had always longed for. Each one of his children brought him a great deal of joy in so many ways, but his grandchildren were his pride and joy.

He is survived by his parents, Irene Gish and Lionel (Ruby) Timothy; his siblings, Nancy (Gene) Misiak and Brian (Tiffany) Timothy; his children, Justin (Samantha) Timothy, Zachary (Julie) Timothy, Brett Timothy, Matthew (Tiffani) Timothy and Jordan (Dereck) Timothy; his bonus daughters, Amanda Tallerico, Nicole Tallerico, and Kristi (Chase) Townsend; his grandchildren, Tayton, Hayden, Kaysen, Rylan, Cannon, Karsyn, StanLee, Luca and Blakely; his bonus grandchildren, Gabby, Aisley, Dominic, Ashlyn, Logan and Emmalyn. Survivors also include a large extended family consisting of many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins that he dearly loved but are too numerous to mention.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Kaylene Timothy Allred.
