Elton Foster was born in Price Utah on July 21st 1963 to Layton Von Foster and Ellen Marie Inlay.  Elton passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on January 14th 2019 at the age of 55.

Elton enjoyed working on cars, riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his loved ones.  Elton married Kim Marie Kloepfer and was later divorced.

Elton had one child, Tyler Foster (Kailey Foster) and 2 grandchildren, Mauri and Gatlyn Foster.

Elton is survived by his sisters Sherrie Regis, Toni Balak and brother Layton Foster (Janiece Foster).

Elton is preceded in death by his grandparents; mother; father; and brothers, Russell and Dennis Owens.

Elton’s memorial will be held in Price at the Roscrea Clubhouse located at 1680 East 300 South from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday January 27th, 2019.
