Due to inclement weather the USU-Eastern Golden Eagles and Colorado Northwestern Spartans baseball weekend series has been moved to Price. The two teams will follow the regular schedule and play two games Friday and two on Saturday.

The weekend set was originally scheduled to take place in Rangely, Colo. After a heavy snow storm and several failed attempts to get the field ready for the weekend, the set was moved to Price.

Because of the change of location, the regular season finale, scheduled for May 6 and 7 in Price will be moved to Rangely. Meaning USU-Eastern will play the final 16 games spanning over five weeks away from Price. Next week the Golden Eagles will welcome in Salt Lake Community College for the final home stand of the season.

Friday’s action will get underway at 1:00 pm, with the second game of the double-header immediately following the conclusion of the first. The two teams will again go head-to-head on Saturday beginning at 12:00, with the second game again following immediately.
