Chaz Robert Jensen, age 25, passed peacefully while sleeping at home in Spring Glen on April 12, 2016.

He is the eldest of three children born to Keith and Kelli Jensen and was born on May 23, 1990 in Price, Utah.

Chaz grew up and lived the majority of his life in Spring Glen. He graduated from Carbon High School in 2008 and attended the College of Eastern Utah’s welding program. He spent most of his working career in the mining industry in Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado.

Chaz enjoyed riding his four-wheeler, going snowboarding with friends, hunting with his grandpa, and loved riding in his Jeep.

Chaz had a cheesy smile and was always cracking jokes, especially at his mom. He had a gentle heart, a great sense of humor, and had a special way with children and animals. Although he was on the quiet side while in large groups, his personality would shine through when with family and close friends.

Chaz is survived by his parents, Keith and Kelli, Spring Glen; sister, Chantel (Tyler) Bean, Salt Lake City; brother, Cayden; Grandparents, Robert and Darlene Olson, Spring Glen; Grandmother, Beulah Jensen, Price; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, James Lee Jensen.

Chaz is loved by so many and will be missed deeply by his family and friends.
