Phil Steele, author of the yearly college football publication “Phil Steele’s College Football Preview” joined Drive Time Sports on Wednesday to preview the upcoming season.

With the popular magazine hitting newsstands on June 28, Steele offered expert insight on the Utah Utes and BYU Cougars, while also predicting his pre-season top 10. Steele also talked about potential playoff busters during his two segment stay on the show.
