Stephen P Tryon Democratic Candidate for U.S. Congress will be in Price on Wednesday, July 13 at 4:30 pm at Price City Hall, Room 106. This is an opportunity for members of the community to come meet him, listen to his proposal and ask any questions that they may have.

Tryon was a 2014 Independent candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the Third Congressional District of Utah but lost the general election that November.

He earned a B.S. from the United State Military Academy at West Point in 1983 and an M.A. in philosophy from Stanford University in 1992.  He served in the United States Army from 1983 to 2004, then worked for Overstock.com as a Senior Vice President from 2004 to 2013.

Tryon’s top priorities are education, economy and the environment.
