Shirley Lorraine Fausett, Age 84, went on to meet up with her loving husband on July 31st, 2016.  Shirley was born January 18th, 1932 to Nephi & LaVon Westenskow Foster in Standardville, Utah.

Shirley was a loving wife, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, neighbor and most of all such a beautiful person, from the inside out.  She worked hard as a farmer’s and coal miner’s wife to create an environment that was filled with beauty, not only as an artist, but managed to transform an alkali patch into a lush green meadow with beautiful trees and flowers, which reflects how great she nurtured everything and everyone.  Shirley looked after everyone and made sure they all had what they needed, were safe and most of all “happy”.    She loved to camp and fish and was officially named the “Camp Queen” as she told everyone where to go.  Affectionately known as “Lamb Chops” by her honey, “Shirley Girly” by her sisters, “Mom” by her kids, “Gram” by her grandkids and “Grandma Sugar,” by her great grandkids for all the love she gave them.   Shirley was an avid Jazz fan, could tell you about all the players and wore out many Jazz flags, year after year.  If Shirley could leave us with one important reminder it would be to make sure you take time and be with your family and loved ones.   They are the best life has to offer.

Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband Ted “Coyote” Fausett, parents, Nephi & LaVon Foster, father and mother-in-law Ervin and Clara Fausett, sister Vonna Lee Foster, brothers, Layton Foster and Bruce (Betty) Foster, brother-in-laws Don Fausett, Bud (Shirley) Fausett, Dee (Carol) Fausett, Robert Anthony, granddaughter Kamie Anderson and great grandsons, Jay and Shiloh Jr., nephews, Doug and Lyle Fausett and Mike Larsen.

She is survived by her aunt Dora Wilson, sisters Jeannie (Doyle) McDoniel, and Elaine Anthony, daughter, Diane (Benny) Christensen, sons, Dennis (Barbara) Fausett and David Tad (Lori) Fausett, grandchildren Angelique (Lee) Durrant, Tracy (Jason) Collings, Shiloh Anderson, Shannon (Shaun) Mangum, Darci (Nick) Erramouspe, Dayna Anderson, Brandon (Kelli) Fausett and Ashton Fausett, along with 13 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nephews & nieces, all who have experienced the joy and laughter of Shirley’s love.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 4th, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home in Price with a viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow in the Price City Cemetery.
