According to the Southeastern Utah Health Department…..Due to a high concentration of potentially harmful algae and toxins, Scofield Reservoir is closed beginning August 31. It will remain closed until conditions and lab results indicate the water is safe.

Madsen Bay and Mtn. View Campgrounds remain open.
