Master SGT. USAF (Ret.)

 

CALIFORNIA/PRICE-Martin Nick, age 95, passed away peacefully at his home in San Jose, California on September 14, 2016.

He was born July 19, 1921 in Price, Utah to John and Maria ( Nicolao) Nick. Martin was married to Charlotte Fairfield Nick for 74 years.

Martin was a retired Master SGT.USAF with 23 years of dedicated service.  He honorably served his country during World War II.

Survived by his wife, Charlotte Nick; daughter, Marcy; two granddaughters, Lisa and Laura; three great-grandsons, and his sister Paulmina Nick New.

Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Frank, Alvin, Serfino, Louie (Joe); and sisters Mary, Angelina, Kerry and Josephine.

Memorial Mass, Monday, October 3, 2016, 9:00 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church in Price, Utah.  Family will receive friends at the church Monday at 9:30 a.m.  Committal service, Price City Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Martin online atwww.mitchellfuneralhome.net
