Arthur Shane Brown, age 61, passed away November 23, 2016 in Price, Utah.
He was born on August 13, 1955 in Salt Lake City to Wayne and Karen Nelson Brown. They lived in Kaysville until Shane was 11 years old, then the family moved to a farm in Spring Glen. Shane has lived in Carbon County since then. He graduated Carbon High and started working as a carpenter. He was hired at Pinnacle Care Center as head of maintenance, where he stayed for 22 years before retiring.
In December of 1980, Shane married Sherrie Foster and together they had a beautiful daughter LaLania Ky born August 5th, 1979, later divorced. Then on March 15th, 1982, in Price Shane married Jackolyn Lee Williams, whom he truly loved and spent the rest of his life with.
Shane was very artistic and enjoyed making things. He loved to go rock hunting and find rocks for houses and trees on that he had built with copper wire. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and anything outdoors. Shane was kind to everyone he met and had the sweetest heart. He was always there to help anyone who needed it and would never complain.
We would like to give special thanks to his sister in-law Irene Buford, the staff at Castleview Hospital, Symbii hospice and Brianna Welch at Price City.He will be missed and never forgotten.
