Carol Ann Krenciglova Smith, age 65, passed away January 22, 2017 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.

She was born January 5, 1952 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Margaret Bowman Krenciglova. She married Albert E. Smith on February 14, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Carol was a member of the Catholic Church. She was a former resident of Salt Lake City where she worked as a CNA in various nursing homes prior to moving to East Carbon. Carol loved playing bingo! She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survived by her husband, Albert Smith, East Carbon; two sisters, Debbie McKee and Ruth Shick; many nieces, nephews, friends and her four cats.
