Carbon County Chamber of Commerce is looking for a new visual identity and needs your help. We are seeking someone who can design a creative, innovative and professional logo design. The logo should be recognizable and help promote our organizations mission, “To enhance the retail, commercial, industrial, and civic interests in Carbon County.” The rest is up to you! Please read below for more details regarding logo design, contest rules and submission requirements.

*How to Enter the Contest*

The contest begins on Saturday, May 6. Submissions will be accepted through Monday,

June 5. Winners will be announced via our website, social media websites and by direct contact to the winner’ email account. In order for your entry to be submitted and reviewed by our judges, all entries must be:

– Submitted directly to Jamill Tapia, cccc@carboncountychamber.net
– Submitted in their original source file ai, indd, psd, etc
– Submitted as a high resolution or jpg with 300 dpi or higher

*Logo Requirements*

– Professional: This logo may be featured on our website, our social media platforms and other mediums (stationary, pamphlets, t-shirts etc). As a result, while we want the logo to be eye-catching, it must still be legible. It must also be flexible. Example it needs to have a version that can be placed in a square Facebook profile picture and also have a version that will fit in the long rectangular cover photo.

– Theme: Logo must promote the mission of Carbon County Chamber of Commerce, “To enhance the retail, commercial, industrial, and civic interests in Carbon County.”

– Color: The Chamber would like to keep royal blue as its primary color. Variations may be included. However, logo must look good in color and black and white.

– Integrity: Logo cannot contain copyrighted material. Logos must have been created and edited by the contestant(s). Logos may not include images or licensed images that been previously published. Must be easily reproducible and scalable for large and small formatting.

*Contest Details*

The winner will be selected by the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Contestants agree that the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce may publish their logo and name(s) and may use both for advertising campaigns and/or marketing materials in the future. Contestants assign all ownership rights, including all intellectual property rights to the logo, to the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce may alter, modify or revise the logo as it sees necessary to achieve the foals of the chamber. Carbon County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to not select a winner if, in its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.

Contest winner will receive 2 luncheon tickets, 1 banquet ticket, a chamber swag bag, as well as $100.00 cash prize
