The CARE Coalition is nearly identical in members and focus with one exception. CARE focuses on PREVENTION only, while the Faith Based Initiative focuses on addiction and recovery as well. CARE has identified four general area and identified risk factors in those areas. The areas are School, Family, Neighborhood, and Community.
