Vernal law enforcement officials have issued an attempt to locate nationwide for three missing men – Robert Spoon, Jason Tilt, both 33 years old and the youngest of the trio, Jacob Tilt, 29 years old.

The men were last seen at the softball park in Vernal on May 22 around 9:00 pm in a black 2004 Chevrolet Silverado with temporary tags and a large dent on the passenger’s rear right panel. Family and friends are very concerned because no contact of any form has been made by either of the men. It is believed that each of their cell phones have run out of battery life and/or have been turned off. Relatives have searched areas around the Uintah (U-IN-TAH) Basin, in addition to posting posters around the surrounding area, as well as reaching out on social media asking for assistance from the public.

At this point, Police don’t suspect foul play and are reaching out to known associates of the men. Anyone who sees the men, their vehicle or who may have knowledge of their whereabouts are asked to call Central Dispatch at (435)789-4222.
