The South East Early Intervention Program is excited to be hosting an Open House for their Grand Re-opening of their new location at 540 West Price River Drive on Wednesday, July 12 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 12:00 pm to commemorate this special event.
The South East Early Intervention Program is home-based and one of fifteen Early Intervention Programs in Utah contracted with the Utah Department of Health’s Baby Watch Program. The South East program provides services to families with infants or toddlers, under the age of 3, with developmental delays, disabilities or diagnosed conditions with a high probability of resulting developmental delays.
The program provides early identification and developmental services for families in Emery, Carbon and Grand counties. Services include full assessment of child’s current health and development, strategies to build family concerns, priority and provide parents with the resources and services their child may need.
Early intervention services are free for those on Medicaid and/or WIC. For all other families, service cost is based on family’s month income.
