Community Daze wouldn’t be complete without the annual Bo Huff Car show that takes place on Saturday. The occasion showcases various new and stunning custom cars, trucks, hot rods, motorcycles and bicycles. This year all the custom build trophies to be presented to the winners were comprised of long hours of thought and design. To determine winners this year, event organizers made the decision to allow registered participants to make their choice by a voting process.

Individuals who would like to be a part of the Car Show but don’t have a vehicle to enter, can be register for the Pinup and Pompadour contest that will take place during the car show. Winners will be determined by a panel of judges.

Visitors who aren’t familiar with Bo Huff’s legacy or just want to reminisce will be given a chance all day on Friday to visit the Bo Huff Museum located at 117 West Highway 123 in East Carbon. Memorabilia that Bo and his crew have either collected or worked on throughout the years will be displayed.

On Saturday, July 8 the parade will kick off at 10:00 am beginning at Miner’s Trading Post and ending at the park. Any businesses and/or civic groups that would like to participate in the parade are invited to meet at 9:00 am that morning to check in with the parade chairperson.
