After clinching the Southern Utah State Championship in June, the Carbon 11-year-old All-Stars will continue the baseball season next week at the Pacific Southwest Tournament in Long Beach, Calif.

In preparation for the trip, manager Pat Smuin, and six of his players, were guests Tuesday on KOAL’s Drive Time Sports. During their time on the show the team talked about winning the state championship in their own backyard, making another trip to California, and what makes this team special.
