The Carbon Lady Dinos suffered its fourth consecutive loss Thursday afternoon, this time falling 3-0 to the Delta Rabbits on the road in a Region 14 tilt.
Hoping to bounce back following a 2-1 overtime loss to American Leadership Academy on Tuesday, the Lady Dinos were unable to find the groove offensively. The loss for Carbon dips the team to 3-8 in region play, while Delta remains unbeaten at the top of the standings at 8-0.
Kyrae Rogers scored two goals for the Lady Rabbits in the win, while Savannah Johnson added another in the win. Keatyn Bliss recorded the shutout at goalkeeper, which marks the seventh of the season for Delta.
With a playoff spot already secured in the upcoming state tournament, the Lady Dinos will wrap up the regular season on Thursday at home against Juab. Thursday will mark the second meeting between the two teams, Juab won the first back on Sept. 12 by a final score of 3-0.
