The Carbon Dinos sit just five strokes back of the Grand Red Devils for first place in the 3A State Championship Golf Tournament entering the final day of competition on Thursday.
Led by senior Ryker Smith, the Dinos finished the first day of play with a team score of 326, five back of Grand, and two back of Morgan. Individually Smith and Ryan Gagon are both top three on the leaderboard.
The second and final day of competition will get underway on Thursday at 9:12 a.m.. The final participant on each team will tee off at 10:24 a.m..
