Eastern Utah Community Credit Union would like to invite the community to stop by on Monday, October 30 and Tuesday, October 31 beginning at 9:00 am for their annual Bake Sale.

“We have a great bake sale, lots of goodies and treats and it will be going on the 30th and the 31st at our Price branch,” EUCCU Employee, Evelyn Allred. “There is usually plenty of goodies that gets us through the whole day.” Some of the treats are based around Halloween, ranging from cupcakes, popcorn balls, cookies, cakes, candy and so much more – just about anything to satisfy a sweet tooth.

This event and others throughout the year are a way to earn funds for the Angel Tree program through United Way of Eastern Utah. “One hundred percent of the proceeds goes to our annual Angel Tree and we have been doing that for years and we are usually able to help between 150 and 200 families every year,” said Allred. Angel Tree application may be picked up at the credit union but must be turned in to the office of United Way of Eastern Utah.

If you are unable to stop in for the bake sale but would like to help with the Angel Tree program, you can make a monetary donation at the credit union located at 675 East 100 North, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Personnel at EUCCU will be preparing for their Annual Thanksgiving Pie event set to take place in November.
