A year ago, Carbon Caring for Kids was created by two mothers, Marcie Loveless and Tiffany Noyes to help feed school children in the community that are for some reason or another are not getting food to eat consistently when they are not in school. Due to the upcoming Christmas holiday items needed for the meal kits will need to be a bit larger.

The items that are needed by December 11 include 70 boxes of cereal, 80 jars of peanut butter, 98 jars of jam/jelly, 160 tuna fish
pouches, 200 oatmeal packets, 200-500 granola bars and 500 healthy snacks like fruit cups, roll-ups etc. Items may be dropped off at donation boxes inside Love-less Ash Company, Carbon Print & Design, Jake Mellor Financial and Rocky Mountain Home health.

Both mothers never imagined the success of the program and have provided over 100 kids with a weekend food kit due to the amazing support from the community.
